Not every trip needs an itinerary that starts at six. Beach departures are built with more slack in them: a couple of anchored activities a day, and the rest left open.
Stays are chosen for location first — walking distance to the water matters more than a lobby. Where a destination has a genuinely better and quieter side, that is where we base the group.
Water activities, island day trips and transfers are arranged in advance where they need booking, and left flexible where they do not.
