Sukruth K N is the vision and driving force behind Travel Jar Escapades LLP, a Bangalore-based travel company built around the idea of turning travel dreams into memorable, well-crafted experiences. With a background in medicine and an entrepreneurial mindset, Sukruth brings together analytical thinking, attention to detail and a strong instinct for understanding what travellers truly want.
His journey with Travel Jar began with a simple ambition — to create a travel brand that goes beyond selling packages and instead focuses on experiences people genuinely remember. From customised international holidays and group departures to destination management and carefully curated itineraries, Sukruth has been closely involved in shaping the brand, its products and the way it serves its travellers.
As a founder, he remains deeply involved across sales, operations, partnerships, marketing and product development, constantly looking for ways to improve both the traveller experience and the business behind it. He believes that great travel is built on the right combination of value, transparency, personalisation and dependable on-ground execution.

TravelJar started with a simple observation: most young Indians across India wanted to travel internationally but found the planning overwhelming — visas, hotels, transfers, itineraries, safety. Either you did it all yourself and it was stressful, or you joined a traditional package tour and it felt like a school trip.
We built TravelJar to sit in the middle. Fixed-departure group trips — structured enough that you don't have to plan anything, loose enough that it still feels like your trip. Every departure has a TravelJar trip captain who handles the ground logistics so you can actually be present.
